Customer dropped lilies on their brand new carpet and contacted us to get a quote to remove the stain the pollen had left! They decided to go with a cheaper quote but regretted it as the cleaner tried and failed, saying it was permanent! Customer then asked us to come and have a go and was over the moon when we restored their carpet to it’s as new state…. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!!
